When can I hire a bouncy castle

7 DAYS A WEEK, 365 DAYS A YEAR! Our Bouncy Castles and all other products are available to hire all year round. Whether that may be Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays etc. These festive periods are our busiest times of the year! We work around the clock to make YOU happy!

What happens when I book?

We will require your name, address of the booking, postcode, contact number, date and your choice of product. We will then get you booked straight in via our online diary. An email confirmation will automatically be sent to the given email address with all information included that you need to know for the special day.

What areas do we deliver to?

We deliver to all postcodes in the Liverpool area (excluding L37, L38, L39 and L40). We also deliver to some WA postcodes: WA7, WA8, WA9 and WA10. (Please note there may be delivery charges for certain WA postcodes).

Will it fit?

We have added this information because we often get asked what size inflatable will fit in my garden. The general rule is to add 2ft to the rear, 2ft to the front and 2ft either side of the inflatable. So if you the customer adds this to the size of the inflatable you wish to hire this will help to avoid disappointment of the inflatable being to big to safely fit in the space provided. but we will always discuss this with you during the booking process and assist you with guidance and measurements.

What time will you arrive?

Delivery times are between 7am and 12pm. This means we can turn up at ANY POINT between these times.

Specific times can be arranged upon request but these are for venue/hall hires ONLY! For example; if you have booked a venue for the day and your party is 1pm till 5pm we will always arrive just before the start (i.e 12.00pm - 12.45pm) and then collection will be at 5pm. PLEASE NOTE: If you are wanting to make a booking under these circumstances for hall/venue hire. Leave your chosen times on the 'added notes' section at the bottom of your booking form so we can be organised before the day (this prevents any setbacks it may cause for the day).

What happens on delivery?

A responsible adult must be present upon delivery (18 or over). Please make sure the space where the castle is going is clear of all objects, dog muck and any sharp objects and the route is clear, either through the house or down the side/back gate. Our delivery driver/s will set up the bouncy castle making sure all safety checks are carried out and they will leave you to enjoy your day and bounce the day away!

How long does it take to setup?

Set up times take no longer than 10 minutes. It is a very quick process. Depending on the style of the inflatable some may take a little longer than others but is still a really quick and easy process. Our lads are extremely experienced in their jobs, some being here for 10+ years so this is like second nature to them.

Can the castle be kept overnight?

Yes, it can as long as it is in a safe secure location and this is totally down to the delivery driver to decide but more often than not it is fine. We offer free overnight Monday to Thursday and the price is an extra £20 for overnight on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If you do choose the overnight option the castle will be collected between 8am and 12pm the following day so you the customer has to make sure we can gain access to the premises where the castle is

What is your payment method?

All products must be paid for upon delivery by cash.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Here at better bounce we understand things can change last minute leaving you with no control over the situation. Simply get in touch with us; ideally via phone call so we can take action effectively. We do not offer a cancellation fee, it is completely free to cancel. Please try and contact us as soon as possible if you do need to cancel.

What should I do if the weather conditions change?

All of our bouncy castles and disco domes come with rain/sun covers but in the event of heavy rain or strong winds all children should exit the castle. Do not switch off the castle as all our plugs are splash proof and are fitted with rcd adaptors this will prevent the water pooling inside the castle and as soon as the rain/wind dies down it can simply be dried down with a towel.

Do you have Insurance?

Better bounce have public liability insurance up to £5 million it is important customers understand this covers us BETTER BOUNCE against damage or injury caused by improper setup or unsafe/faulty equipment. It does not protect against injury or damage or loss caused through negligent use of equipment(ie climbing on side walls) or altering any aspect of the setup after or through normal use when accidents can occur.
