  • When can I hire a bouncy castle?

    7 DAYS A WEEK 365 DAYS A YEAR, this includes all bank holidays christmas easter and everywhere inbetween. Infact some of better bounces busiest times are infact bank holidays and christmas time. So don’t hesitate to get in touch any time your planning a party birthday event etc…..

  • What happens when I book?

    We will require your name, address,(or\and the venue address) postcode, contact number, and full name date of hire and your choice of bouncy castle. Then we will get you booked straight in and send you a confirmation either by text or email it’s your choice.

  • What areas do we deliver to?

    better bounce castle ire are based in Liverpool, Merseyside. We deliver bouncy castles to Liverpool southport sefton ormskirk st Helens, Widnes, Warrington, Runcorn, Wirral, Skelmersdale and everywhere inbetween.

  • Will it fit?

    We have added this information because we often get asked what size inflatable will fit in my garden. The general rule is to add 3ft to the rear 3ft to the front and 2ft either side of the inflatable. So if you the customer adds this to the size of the inflatable you wish to hire this will help to avoid disappointment of the inflatable being to big to safely fit in the space provided. but we will always discuss this with you during the booking process and assist you with guidance and measurements.

  • What time will you arrive?

    Deliveries are between 7am and 12pm specific times can be arranged upon request. For venues such as pubs halls community centres specific times will always be accommodated for for example if you have booked a local hall for your child’s birthday from 1pm to 5pm we will always arrive before the beginning of the party in the examples case between 12:15 and 12:45.

  • What happens on delivery?

    A responsible adult must be present upon delivery (18 or over) please make sure the space were the castle is going is clear of all objects dog muck and any sharp objects and the route is clear. Either through the house or down the side/back gate. Our driver will then set up the castle before asking you to read through and sign our terms and conditions then leave you to enjoy your day.

  • How long does it take to setup?

    Setup times can vary depending on the inflatable location and size of castle. The average set up time is 10 to 15 mins the average time to pack away a castle is also 10 to 15 mins.

  • How long do we have to inflatable?

    A minimum of seven hours if you want the castle for less time the price remains the same. weekday collections start at 7:30pm and weekends collections start at 6pm.

  • Can the castle be kept overnight?

    Yes, it can as long as its in a safe secure location and this is totally down to the delivery driver to decide but more often than not its fine we offer free overnight monday to thursday and the price is £15 extra for overnight on a friday saturday or sunday. If you do choose the overnight option free or paid the castle will be collected between 8am and 12pm the following day so you the customer has to make sure we can gain access to the premises where the castle is.

  • Payment method?

    All bouncy castles must be paid for upon delivery by cash.

  • Cost of electricity?

    The running cost of the average inflatable is around 10 pence per hour so no need to break the bank.

  • Cancellations?

    Here at better bounce we understand things can happen last minute plans change etc… so if you do decide to cancel a booking could you please let us no as soon as possible.

  • Poor weather condition?

    All of our bouncy castles and disco domes come with rain/sun covers but in the event of heavy rain or strong winds all children should exit the castle. Do not switch off the castle as all our plugs are splash proof and are fitted with rcd adaptors this will prevent the water pooling inside the castle and as soon as the rain/wind dies down it can simply be dried down with a towel.

  • Insurance?

    Better bounce have public liability insurance up to £5 million it is important customers understand this covers us BETTER BOUNCE against damage or injury caused by improper setup or unsafe/faulty equipment. It does not protect against injury or damage or loss caused through negligent use of equipment(ie climbing on side walls) or altering any aspect of the setup after or through normal use when accidents can occur.
